Interested in learning English in an international environment?
The English Summer School provides an exellent opportunity to learn English in authentic surroundings at the Durham University. Naturally you will get to know the British culture and lifestyle. During your stay you will
be accommodated at the University Campus. Groups of young people from England, France, Germany, Poland, Finland, Italy, Turkey, China and Russia will spend 9 days together in Durham City. The theme of this European Project is "Citius, Altius, Fortius" which is "Faster,
Higher, Stronger" and is dedicated to the Olympic Games
in London 2012.
The English Summer School will give an opportunity to explore and enjoy a vast selection of sports and games in truly international settings and link people from around the world developing friendship which will last for life!

PROGRAM
Language learning, workshops, a vast variety of sports and games, organised activities in Durham, trips to York and
Edinburgh. A wide range of sports and leisure activities are available: football, volleyball, tennis, swimming, badminton, supervised walking. Art and board game clubs will offer an alternative to those who are not too keen in sports.
ENGLISH
English is taught by native English speakers. You will also concentrate on conversation and communication skills. The English Summer School includes interactive lessons which are carried out in various methods. You'll have great opportunities improve your language skills and put them in good use!
